Platelet rich plasma is a component of blood that contains growth factors and cyotkines that help skin tissue repair itself.
Our practitioner draws blood from the patient and uses a centrifuge to spin the blood which separates it into its’ different components. The platelet rich plasma portion is then extracted from the test tube and applied to the patient’s face following the microneedling process.
